1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Comet Cleaners, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Comet Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, wash & fold, alterations, sneaker cleaning, and household item cleaning services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Service Areas

Our services are available in McKinney, Texas and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location and demand.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

5. Pickup and Delivery

We offer pickup and delivery services within our service area. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses. We are not responsible for items left unattended at pickup or delivery locations.

6. Care Instructions and Limitations

While we take every precaution to care for your items, some garments may have inherent risks due to age, previous damage, or fabric composition. We will not be liable for damage to items that are:

• Already damaged or in poor condition
• Made from delicate or fragile materials
• Not properly labeled with care instructions
• Subject to normal wear and tear

7. Claims and Liability

Any claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Our liability is limited to the fair market value of the item at the time of service, not to exceed $100 per item unless a higher value is declared in writing at the time of drop-off.

8. Storage and Abandoned Items

Items not picked up within 30 days of completion may be considered abandoned and may be donated to charity or disposed of. Storage fees may apply for items held beyond the standard pickup period.

9. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup time. Cancellation fees may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

11. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Comet Cleaners and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
